about

THIS IS MY DREAM, right there ! I can finally share it with you all : the black metal jazz freedom experienced live !

Something trvly unique happened on this 27th of August 2021 at the Nukstock Open Air festival, near Dresden in Germany. Playing with such extra-ordinary musiciens, we were so tight musically and emotionally, it felt like touching the closest to what absolute freedom feels like. We were invincible.

For the first time ever, I can reveal the full power of his black metal jazz with a full band live recording : furious drums, diabolical sax, screaming guitar, funky bass and devastating percussions.

While I firstly took inspiration from Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, you will feel how much this song evolved with the unstoppable source of jazz creativity through improvisation, so much that the song rose up far beyond anything I had imagined.

We have only ever played this song live, and we made many mistakes during this concert, yet, I think we were so much connected with each other, musically and even spiritually, those mistakes turned out better than what was originally written. This is something extraordinary to live. Now, it's yours too and I have only question for you...

"Nukstock.. DO YOU FEEL ALIVE ?!"

Stay trve, stay jazz!

"I asked myself: how would a collaboration between Miles Davis and Mayhem sound like ?"

Between blast beats and swing, distorted guitars and jazz chords, growl and scat, 'Trve Brutal Black Jazz' is an incongruous music challenging the boundaries of genres.
